The Process

When an inquiry is initiated, you will receive integrity, decades of experience, and confidentiality. We fully understand that seeking employment, or making a change, can be very stressful. We will minimize that stress.  

Typically, the process begins when a phone call or e-mail is received.  You may not actively  be looking for a new job.  Perhaps you are just interested in picking our brains about the current state of the marketplace. With over thirty years of experience in the tax and employee benefits communities, we offer candid career advice that few can rival.

If you decide that you would like us to assist you with a job search, the first step is to get a full understanding about what goals you have in mind.   At this stage of the process, we listen to you.

Once we have a meeting of minds, we go to work.  We will make sure that you fully understand the pros and cons of open positions.   

With  express authorization, you will  be presented, confidentially.

Once an interview is scheduled, we will thoroughly prepare you for what is to be expected during the interview process.  We highlight strengths and identify weaknesses.  It is our desire that this process be as comfortable and informative as possible for you.
